Robert Hopkins, founder of STRIVE Coaching Inc., has been honored with inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who, recognizing individuals whose achievements demonstrate influence and distinction. This reflects over three decades of entrepreneurial leadership, operational experience, and executive coaching.
Hopkins began his business journey at fifteen, gaining experience in operations and business development. He contributed to launching and developing restaurants across the United States while expanding into consulting, distribution, and leadership roles, building a strong foundation in business systems and growth.
In 2006, he founded STRIVE Coaching Inc., supporting executives and entrepreneurs in aligning mindset with leadership performance. His work focuses on improving communication, strengthening systems, and developing resilient leadership.
Following financial setbacks during the 2008–2010 crisis and personal life challenges, Hopkins turned toward emotional intelligence, mindset development, and human behavior. These became the foundation of his coaching approach.
